Bake a loaf in a cake tin

Make a loaf pretty by baking a sourdough, hybrid or baker’s yeast loaf in a cake tin.  Both loaves shown here were baked in a 25cm (10″) shallow cake tin.  The dough used 500g flour, each bun was rolled into 70g rolls for top loaf and 50g bottom loaf , if not lining cake tin grease it well.  Any recipe will do.
